By downloading, installing, or using LogicPulse ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
SECTION 02
Description of Service
LogicPulse is an AI-powered educational tool designed to help students and professionals with:
- Step-by-step solutions to math, physics, chemistry, and biology problems
- Code debugging, review, and conversion
- AI-generated quizzes and flashcards
- Mock technical interviews
- Voice input and image scanning for problem-solving
AI Content Disclaimer
Solutions are generated by AI (Google Gemini) and may occasionally contain errors. LogicPulse is a learning aid, not a substitute for professional academic instruction. Always verify important answers independently.
SECTION 03
User Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in EU regions) to use the App. Users under this age require parental supervision.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your profile up to date.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
SECTION 04
Subscriptions & Payments
- LogicPulse offers both free and premium tiers.
- Free users receive a limited number of daily AI solves, with the option to earn bonus attempts via rewarded video ads.
- Premium subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store and processed by RevenueCat.
- Subscription pricing is displayed in the App before purchase. All prices include applicable taxes.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- To cancel, go to Google Play Store > Subscriptions > LogicPulse > Cancel.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
SECTION 05
Acceptable Use
You agree to use LogicPulse responsibly and ethically:
- Educational Purpose: The App is designed to help you learn and understand concepts, not to cheat on exams or assignments.
- No Abuse: Do not attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or overload the AI service.
- No Harmful Content: Do not submit offensive, illegal, or harmful content through the App.
- No Impersonation: Do not create accounts under false identities.
Academic Integrity
LogicPulse teaches you HOW to solve problems with step-by-step explanations. We encourage you to use solutions as a learning tool, not to copy them directly into assignments. Academic integrity is your responsibility.
SECTION 06
Intellectual Property
- The LogicPulse app, brand, logo, design, and underlying code are owned by LogicPulse and protected by intellectual property laws.
- AI-generated solutions are provided for your personal educational use. You may not commercially redistribute or resell them.
- User-submitted content (photos, text, code) remains your property. By submitting it, you grant LogicPulse a limited license to process it for providing the service.
SECTION 07
Limitation of Liability
LogicPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
- We are not liable for any academic, professional, or personal consequences arising from the use of AI-generated solutions.
- We are not responsible for any loss of data, interruption of service, or device issues caused by the App.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
SECTION 08
Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 09
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
